Do you have to sell your product on ClickBank to get their affiliates?

I'm deciding on which checkout processor to use. It's between ClickBank and Ejunkie.

After doing the calculations I see that ClickBank is pretty expensive on a per transaction basis. So I'm curious is it possible to put your product on ClickBank to leverage their affiliate network but not having to use their checkout system?

(side note: I have about 1,000 unique visitors per day and I'm expecting a 1% CTR for purchase so I'm debating whether to use affiliates or not.)

You can try joining JV message boards or where affiliates hang out at. Clickbank affiliates don't just promote CB products, they also promote WSO's and other offers as well. So you can get CB affiliates you just have to find them.

I guess you can refer to clickbank as the "default" place to release your product because it has been proven to work and its stable, so its a good starting point.

Most CB affiliates likely won't take your product too seriously if you tell them you aren't listing it on CB.

If the volume of sell is great then it is not a big issue i guess. As we all are know about the effectiveness of clickbank.
