Default unauthorized charges are pissing me off!!

[rant]

Alright, I received 2 notices from paypal today that 2 of my payments received are being disputed as unauthorized charges.

Both payments are from the same person and both are payments for information products. The person clearly wanted a refund and was apparently afraid to ask.

This is the 3rd time this has happened in the past 2 months.

Why is it so difficult for some people to simply ask for their money back? I've purchased like 200+ info products and I've never asked for a refund and I've certainly never filed a bogus unauthorized charge dispute to recover my money.

What gives?

[/rant]

So how many of you (particularly high volume info product sellers) have had unauthorized charges filed against you? I'm just curious how common this actually is.
