Here are my cpanel stats from a Scuba Diving Blog - What would you do with this?

I built this blog almost a year ago and then slacked off and really havent done a thing with it.
I have adsense but really havent checked to see what if any $ has been made from it. I have thought that maybe I could do some travel affiliations or? Just really dont know what to do with it. Since I have frequented WF I have read a few threads of people building a blog then forgetting it kinda like I have then coming back to it to revive it to start making $.
I was hoping that maybe someone could share some thoughts here on what to do with it.
BTW I have my c card and enjoy diving.

Here is the site/blog Island Scuba Adventures

well the 1st thing I noticed when I visited the site is the layout.
At the very top, as a visitor, the only thing I see that stands out is the Meta Links (register/login/valid xhtml/xfn/wordpress) and Archives (a bunch of months/years).

If I was looking for scuba information, those links mean absolutely nothing to me or the niche so I would simply click away and leave the site.

So my 1st recommendation would be to change the layout. The 1st thing a visitor should see is something that catches their interest or an ad that pays you money or a bribe to catch their email.

Thanks for your input Greg. How is Vegas treating you? Staying away from those one arm bandits are ya?
I knew that I didnt have a way for them to contact me there but I really didnt have anything to offer them at the time. Also this was a year ago and I didnt have the direction that I have now.
I am now thinking that it may be time to revive this and I totally agree with you that I need links and a little more friendly layout.
I was also wondering what I could do to monetize this site and the thought even entered my mind to maybe sell it and if it would even be worth anything.

    Vegas is good!

as far as monetizing it, there are a few options you could use. Adsense is always an option. I see you have Adsense keyword links, but not actual ads. I would switch or use both. And re-format the layout of the site to make the ads stand out.

You could also use Amazon or Ebay to list scuba gear and parts.

Through in a few travel/vacation booking engines and you have a fully monetized setup for the scuba crowd.

If you wanted to sell it, the value depends on a few factors:
--Traffic that currently goes to the site.
--Income if any that the site is currently pulling in.
--Domain name plays a small part.
--Content on the site can play a good part too.
--Looks and feel of the site overall.
