Any success driving online traffic with offline media?
I've been promoting a new program for one of my websites and tried using Press Releases to get offline media to promote it. I succeeded in getting in a local newspaper, but didn't get more than a dozen visits. They posted it on their website too, but I still didn't get any noticeable traffic from it.
Have any of you warriors found offline promotion of your online properties successful in driving traffic? I just wonder if there's something that I missed or that I could do differently in the future.
