I can't believe I didn't go on Flippa before now, there's a MASSIVE # of sites that may only be pullin in $200-500 in profit per month but have alot of potential and could easily see an ROI within 2-4 months or less, that's assuming you left the sites as is and didn't really touch a thing.

With heavy duty traffic generation techniques some of those sites could be making BANK.

Is it just me? or is Flippa almost too good to be true? I come from an investment backgrounnd and guys on Wall Street would kill to see ROI's like that in such a short period of time.

Some sites on Flippa are an amazing investment, and a very good deal. I, like you, love to invest in these online ventures, and sell them as well. Just make sure the user's trust rating is high, and use a service like escrow.com with all terms laid out before finalizing a purchase.

As the Italians like to call it...La Bella Machina, I couldn't agree more. After getting a ride in a friends I can assure you it's like nothing else in the world, it makes you feel ALIVE, like you're part of the car as opposed to just driving it.

Oh yeah... Flippa is a goldmine for investers. You can buy a site that's pulling x-amount of dollars, then you have 1 of 2 choices...

    1. Keep it... and scale the current site's operations to bring in more money.
    2. "sit on" the site for about 6 month, then re-list it on Flippa, then you'll have more proof of income and traffic stats.
