Good Merchant account for NON US business?

Hi there,

I've been searching for a long time for a good reliable merchant account that take NON US companies, we have done Internet Marketing for almost 10 years, and now need a serious company for doing this.

We have worked with clickbank, 2checkout and paypal.

And are looking for a REAL merchant account?

Does anybody know one that do takes non us companies?

    I would like to know if there are possibilities of having a merchant account in the USA but processing card transactions via the web rather than having to punch card information manually into a terminal machine.

    I don't mean a payment gateway that automatically takes the payments, just a facility that allows you to enter payment details into a merchant facility online rather than through a physical payment terminal machine.

      Yeah, sure. It still IS a payment gateway. I've had one for a few years.
      I take orders over the phone and enter them myself after logging into
      my account. Mine is LinkPoint. All merchant account companies will
      try to screw you so be careful and negotiate well - read the fine print
      too.

      I bought something from the UK this week and the seller used Protx - secure online payment gateway for credit card processing
      - I liked the process and recommend checking it out.
