How Do I Open A .rar File On My Computer?

Hi Everyone, Sandy here...

I just downloaded a .rar file from a download site.
But my computer says it can't open it.

Does anyone know what program/application I
need to be able to open it?

[EDIT:] I'm able to open .zip files easily, but apparently not .rar files.

7-Zip

Or, you can use WinRar.

7-zip can open all of them, .zip, .rar... etc.

StuffIt Deluxe 2010

You don't actually need the deluxe (paid) version, just Stuffit Expander. But the link is to Stuffit's homepage.

  I just did a google search for "free winrar",
  and just downloaded it onto my computer.
  
  As soon as it was installed, the rar file I had
  previously downloaded was available and it
  opened easily.
