Need a recommendation on a gfx person

I'm looking for someone to do a fairly simple site design for me. I'd prefer that it be delivered as a Drupal template, but I'm more interested in getting the design right and I can always have someone else convert it to a Drupal template later.

I need someone that's capable of producing a fairly professional looking site, with an eye towards a clean design and a little more of a 'big business' look to it. I'm used to dealing with top end design agencies in my day job (that I can't afford personally), so a lot of the stuff that passes for 'decent looking' seems really hokey to me.

If you have anyone that you think fits this bill that you could recommend, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
