    If you use Camtasia, you can insert a watermark during the "produce video" process. If you're using any other type of non-linear editing system, just open another video track in the timeline, insert your watermark (PNG file works best for me), drag it out the full length of your video, then tweak the opacity down.

    watermark factory was the best of the three.

      If you're looking for a free app use Windows Live Movie Maker. To watermark:

      1. Load video
      2. Add caption
      3. Adjust placement, font, transparency, effect
      4. Set the start time
      6. Set the duration
      7. Test & share (save to youtube or pc)

      That's it!
