Domain Paid for and Not Registered

I bought 2 domain names earlier, one that went through without a hitch, the other that didn't work. They were both on the same order.

Has this ever happened to you? I don't care if the one registered or not, I can always choose another or reorder it. I'm just wondering if it is a lag or if it was actually not ordered.

I paid for the domain and the charge is on the account but the domain is still listed as available.

I'm not sure what to do about this one.

If you are using a reputable registrar they will likely refund the money.

Registrars do not guarantee successful registration on purchase because there is always the potential of someone registering at the same time or that records are not correct.
