anyone using reddit to promote your site?

if you have an interesting website.. you should submit to reddit... you will get a lot of hits... just thought you may be interested to know

    I gave a try almost two years ago, and result i got didn't satisfied me. Smaller and more specific sites as such as Dzone, Sphinn or DesignBump works a lot better.
