100+ pure content weight loss articles... ideas what to do with them?

Hey,

I have a whole bunch of unique articles and activities relating to weight loss all thoroughly researched and of university standard. These include:

- eating plans,
- weight loss psychology,
- reviews of fad diets,
- scientific content relating to nutrition,
- motivation for weight loss,
- stress to avoid weight loss

And the list could go on as I said 100 + articles unique content.

I know that the weight loss is a massive and lucrative niche and this is some great info, just not entirely sure what to do with it!

Would love some suggestions and ideas,

Thank you!

Is it all original and unpublished?

I'd toss it into a Restricted PLR WSO and sell 25 copies at a hundred a pop.

Then go out for a nice lobster.

You post the original on your blog, rewrite a shortened version of it on Ezinearticles, within the resource box put one anchor keyword you're targeting for and a "call for action" anchor for the second available link.

Within your blog, promote a certain product. (It can be **** berries, or fatburningfurnace, or fitness blar blar blar)

Yeah, what she said ! I would do that and maybe get the articles spun so I could use them for article marketing and promoting my new weight loss site full of quality content to be soon sold or used to establish myself in that niche. Just my 2 cents.

It depends if you are looking for quick cash or long term passive income. Two options:

              1. Quick Cash - the PLR option

              2. Long Term - split the content up and create 10 blogs on different IPs. Build traffic and monetize.

Do you really think you could get that much?

If so I gotta start getting my writers working!!!

          Seriously, $100 for 100 articles?

BTW, what exactly is restricted PLR?

          Thanks

If you have Adsense Account, create Niche Sites and add Your Adsense Codes on those Sites. In the same way make Blogs and add Adsense to them.

Well, you can add some restrictions on how many will be handed out and what the rights are exactly.

You can say only 25 or 50 copies will be sold, and the people getting them can use them for their own projects but can not turn around and sell the packs or articles in that original form again. It keeps the value higher if the numbers of those articles swimming around is limited.

Now why would it be "wasting" the content to post these 100 articles on his site and then also on ezine with a link back to his site? Would the backlinks hurt his site's ranking in addition to the pure traffic that would be generated from folks that liked his articles? Yeah, none of us want 100+ links back to our site from another site with high PR...

Create a blog and put some of them on there. As for the rest, submit them to ezine and other top article directories and also mass submit them using freetrafficsystem or isnare services in order to build lots of backlinks to your blog.

Otherwise sell them as restricted PLR. You can do so by starting a wso here.

Obviously promote a clickbank weight loss product. Make a landing page, submit articles to article directory, get tons of visitors to landing page. Spin articles, submit again, and again, send traffic to said page.

Makes sales ---- sell site on flippa for a very nice profit, or keep residual article income.

    To answer the OP's question:
If they're motivational articles, I would be
inclined to use the set you didn't sell in a
weight loss membership site. Drip feed the
    content via autoresponder or membership
    script.

If only a few of them are motivational, I'd
still opt for the membership idea, but use
the profits from the first few months to
obtain more motivational material. If you
transmit one article every week, or twice a
week, you'll need enough material for at
least three months, due to attrition rates.

I'd use the non motivational articles as
loyalty bonuses. after three months, the
get a short report of say four or five related
articles, perhaps rewritten slightly so they
flow better. Then offer a report a month,
say two days after they've paid their fee's.

You could also turn some of them into
videos. I this way, you can pull ideas from
different articles into a single video, or
series of videos. Put them into the
membership site too. This will vastly
increase the perceived value of their fees.

    HTH

    Glenn

    Thanks for the feedback guys,

definitely given me some things to think about.

To answer your question as to why I have these I worked at a company writing weight loss articles but the company went belly up and I was left to inherit the articles!

Create 3-4 different ebooks. Put up a website offering each ebook separately and one offer as a package and sell on Clickbank. This would be a recurring income as opposed to creating a PLR package.

Some articles are quite long (2000+ words), how long should they be for a PLR?

and how much can I sell 100 articles on weight loss for?

you could create an ebook out of it and gain affiliate to sell the product for you

If you wrote them you could sell 100 for 400 dollars easy.

Create a blog and post them, put up adsense and affiliate links on the blog

create a small optin page and use them for a free newsletter

I would throw them on a blog. There are some good pre made ones offered by the members here that you could buy and then upload your unique content thereby driving traffic and hopefully increasing your sales.

The weight loss industry is an itch that people are always trying to scratch.

What are your guys thoughts about doing a JV partnership with someone using this information, i.e. I bring the content they set it up and internet market it?

    Pros and cons?

Why would a JV with you? They would simply just buy the 100 articles for 500 bucks and that would be it.

What you should do is, load 10 articles into a wordpress blog... then automate the other 90 to be spread over a period of 180 days or a year, that way your be constantlly pumping out content so google will like you + you will have lots of time to focus on backlinking, marketing etc...

Here is a suggestion that others are not talking about, if they are university quality try to sell some of them to a print publication or medical journal. You can make outrageous money if you just get a few accepted. Many magazines will pay rates like .30 a word or more. Thats $600 on a 2000 word article. Stay away from the PRL route....

Here's a resource: Go to Writers Weekly--> forum --> Paying Markets' Writer's Guidelines

I would post the link but I don't have enough posts yet, I'll try to PM it though

Of course you could go the website route....or a JV might be possible with the right person if you yourself are a fitness expert.....
