Site flipping help needed - Social Bookmarking vs. Article Directories / and more

After a lot of reading and learning, i decided that i want to start my IM career by site flipping.

I know that ideally one should do both, bookmark the articles on his own page and submit articles. But since i dont have alot of time and am quite unexperienced, i think that writing a single quality article would probably take an hour. Together with the other stuff, bookmarking, posting on popular niche boards and so on, i guess i would need 2 hours a day for the business.

I came to the conclusion that social bookmarking is far superior for my purpose, because it gives guaranteed traffic. Also, by using socialmarker.com i can build a guaranteed 50 backlinks per day to my article what would please Google. Also, i plan to choose a broad topic for the page, and dont focus on specific long-tail-keywords. I hope to please the audience, instead of focussing solely on search engine traffic.

I dont know yet what system to use, i have no experience with Wordpress and its kind of hard to transfer. I have a little experience with Joomla, but i think its overkill for a 100 article blog and i dont know how hard a transfer would be.

Any advice or suggestions?

you have to make a database dump, add it to the new database and do some code-edits in wordpress for the new db-location. i have no experiences in joomla with that.

I think both of the applications you mentioned would work fine. For both you can find templates to fit your fancy, and they both allow you to add articles. Wordpress is probably a little more focused to the needs you outlined (articles). Also, phpLD is something you might want to investigate (note this is my product).

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.
