Rich Shefren recommended this but I can't figure it out

During Rich Shefren's 24-hour UStream event, he mentioned that he listens to things on a higher speed so he can fit more into his day.

I'm listening to a new audiobook today (John Assaraf's "The Answer") using Windows Media Player, but I don't see a spot to choose to listen to this CD faster.

Does anyone have advice on how to listen to a CD 2x faster, like Shefren recommended?

Maybe I should be listening using a different player?

    There's a little green drop down arrow under "Now Playing". Go to "Enhancements" and then to "Play Speed Settings". A slider bar with speed settings will open up at the bottom. Just click on the speed setting you desire. 2x will take a while to get used to. I'd start at 1.2 or 1.4 and graually work your way up as you get used to it.
