SEXY Article Marketing - We have a winner! Ding Ding Ding

LOL, I finally dropped an article on Ezine that in a day has 17 views, 3 click thru's resulting in 2 sign ups.

Yeee Haw!

I can't share what the article is here exactly, but I can tell you the title did include "secret" and "seduction."

On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the lowest, this topic would be a zero in how it relates to being sexy.

That's it, I'm going to just get very sexy from now on with all my articles.

Sex sells!

ROFLMAO

Edit:

Article Word Count: 537 - for those who think you need short articles to get clicks, you can see this is not the case.

Your write about article count, you could write a 2k word article (although I would never do that) and as long as the content is good, your traffic will read all the way through. Then all you have to do is make your resource box a must click on.

17 views is good especially since its not a weight loss related niche. Most articles I submit in the weight loss niche get upwards of 40..50 views in the first day then it gets lesser and lesser.
Other articles average around 7 to 10 views in the first day except ofcourse some articles that just do well for some reason.

The Jillster strikes gold! Let's all do our slightly insane old timer gold rush dude dance. OK, did I really just write that last sentence? WTF does it even mean? Screw it, I'm not editing it. That's how I roll.

YOU GO JILLY JILL! Oreos for everyone!

Oh, and yeah, on EZA at least you do want your articles over 400 words now. You can't get them into the Most Viewed or Most Published sections unless they are. That's kind of a big deal.

Actually my goal right now is to have article views double what my profile views are.

My friend made some cookies. They have chocolate chips, toffee pieces, hazelnuts, oatmeal, and some mystery ingredients. :p

I am in the hahd challenge by default right now. Need to kick out massive articles for the next 2 months. Was bound to figure out something at some point.

I don't see any purpose in SEOing an article unless it can convert on arrival.

Am I wrong with this train of thought? Would love to hear from those who are experienced:

Congrats, Jill! I've always considered you one of the top article writers around here in the forum.. Sex definitely sells, and anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot. I did some quick research for another post in here a few days ago, and guess what the most expensive domain in the world is??

SEX.com! I think it last exchanged hands for $12 million or so, if I'm not mistaken. So from this I think it's pretty safe to infer that anything sex-related for the most part is in high demand on the internet!

Good work... Aren't you posting to these directories for the backlinks so that Google can send you the real traffic though? Any traffic I actually see from my directory aricles is just bonus. It's the links that move me up for my key terms that I'm after. What do you think?
