Hello,

I have used traffic travis to analyze niches for my first few websites and when I search for the completed sites on TT I see that there are red 'X's in the H1 tag, Title and Description columns.

I know that this is bad, how do I go about fixing this? My sites are wordpress blogs btw....thanks

what I want to do , is make sure that my websites main longtail keyword is optimised throughout the site and from some info I read herre and elsewhere it showed how you could check TT for competitiveness of other sites using that same long-tail keyword, which i have put right in the domain name. The more red x's the better according to what i have read , which means that those other sites havent optimized the keyword in their h1,title,description?

I guess Im a little confused on what EXACTLY to do , I just want to make sure that my sites are optimized for the search engines and I know that the H1 tags, description and titles have somethign to do with this (along with the content and backlinks and other tactics).

Ok you said you are running wordpress so I suggest that you install the All In One SEO Wordpress Plugin. From here you can change all title, description, and pretty much everything else that will help with the on page SEO.
