Split testing predicament

I've got a fairly different kind of a business model so I'm not sure that split testing is even possible. The thing is that I've generated an audience and they all take notice of what I'm doing, so if I were to run some split testing, I think I'll risk having LOTS of people infuriated that some people got what they did for cheaper. Think of this like a membership site where there's just simply a price set in stone. It will definitely be noticeable if split testing is going on.

I raise this question because I've got to launch a membership site with the price that I think is the best and what people will pay. Sure, I'd like to do split testing, but I don't think it's possible with this business model. I guess the only thing that I can do is to charge what I think it's worth, and make SURE to make it worth it and over deliver.

Interesting... The only thing is that there would be LOTS of work involved in moving all of that content over, plus re editing tons of the videos that I do. But that does seem like a good idea. Perhaps I'll try it.

Try this - split into two groups. Do a quick test, then run another test but flip the offer so that the other group gets it. That way both groups will get the same offer, but at different times.

There are also lots of other things to test, such as size/color of elements such as headlines, the "buy now" button, and so on. It's fascinating how much difference things like that make.

Best to you, hope it goes well!
