What do YOU think about this website design?

Hello!
We need your input - we are revamping home page of our website and I need your honest feedback about the design both from look and usability points. The one page survey is here: QuestionPro Survey - NQLX - Move-in Ready Websites.

    In my opinion its too busy...and needs the submition buttons above the fold...

        I think it's pretty good. I would change the "arrow" on the form to be the same color as the "see" buttons because those really pulled my eye right away, but the form doesn't. I'm assuming you want your visitor to fill out the form so I'd get the eye pulled right to that.

    There is just too much going on...the first thing that jumps out at me is the
    picture of the doctor and car mechanic. Next, my eyes wonder all over the page,
    it took me awhile to actually figure out that this website is for the "offline
    consulting" niche. If I wasn't looking at the site to give feedback, I would have
    clicked away from the site.

    On the opt-in portion of the site: Are the right-handed boxes really necessary?

    I dont like it the top part of the site has link nothing I would be happy if it was just that middle graphic ad copy for the page. You have your logo on there three times... Why?
