Well i dont like it.

For one it doesn't show as many categories on the pulldown as before.

Very confusing

I guess it will take a little getting used too.

I've not had much success with Clickbank, don't know why. I know a lot of people make good money with CB products but I always worry about having the affiliate ID stolen since it is so easy to change. Just curious if anyone else feels the same way?

And yes, I like the new marketplace look.

The average customer (non IMer!) probably doesnt even know what an affiliate ID is. If i sell a remedy for teeth grinding, how high is the chance that my customer will tamper w/ the affiliateID? Like 0, 0001%

Furthermore, there are still plenty ways to kind of hide affiliate IDs. I think this concern is totally overrated and it would be a mistake not to use CB because you are afraid your ID is getting stolen.

The real problem is rather vendors with pop-ups asking for emails who then bypass the affiliate by trying to push some "special offers" to people via email where the affiliate wont see anything from it.

The other problem is browser settings (cookies blocked) or certain antivirus programs which block cookies or even block clickbank URL altogether.

But all those "problems" are rather minor which wont affect 95% of all people. Just dont promote vendors with "in your face" "enter your email" pops. I dont.

  The older version's layout was much easier to navigate and follow.

I don't like it either.

You can't make out the gravity/stats very clearly.

-- most of us marketers have egos and we check those stats probably everday.. ie. what position we are at.. drooling over gravity.. and so on.. and this competition actually creates buzz and fuels sales big time.

It will take some getting used to :'(

I miss the old layout.. what were they thinking?!

First Impressions of the new layout is not good. Not pleasing to the eye. Also as Adeel said in the last post missing the new layout is missing crucial stats.

Hope they see sense and revert back to a similar previous format.

You can still sort by gravity, there is a drop down box, right above the search results. It just dosn't stand out very well.

I think we've been accoustumed to CB's old style that we may not appreciate the changes they have made.

CB wouldn't do anything to voluntairly hurt their vendors/buyers so maybe it will work out for the better and we just have to "get use to it"...

I don't mind the menu on the left but the layout is too cramped together with the 3 columns. A 2 column design would be better. Remove the sponsored ads column on the right and then extend the results column.

First impression... I think it sucks.

And several features have just clearly been designed with very little thought at all, like the massive highlighting of the % per sale. Which is only a really an illusion... And will serve to deter a lot of newer affiliates from promoting the right products.

Conversion rate and earned per sale are the only metrics that really matter.

This is the very worst thing I have seen Clickbank do in quite some time. The layout and eye-appeal is absolutely horrendous. I can't imagine that this could help vendors or visitors out in any way. Just my opinion but I find it very, very crowded.

From a vendors standpoint it's still really bad.

My 2nd biggest earner is a monthly subscription product with clickbank, and I can't figure out how to see the subscriptions in the new layout.

They do have a link to go to the old style report still up, so that's good but it doesn't look like the data is imported into their new interface yet.

Hope they get it fixed and more intuitive quickly.

I had just started using them, two days before it changed. It took me no time at all to find anything I wanted in the old Marketplace. When I had gone back in, and noticed it had changed, I was sad. I liked the old way better, however sometimes a change can bring good things. Trying to keep an open mind =)

Do not like the changes at all.

They put the stats in a very light font and reduced the font so it's not as easy to see which are the best sellers, gravity, etc.

I visit the market place once in a few months and I don't mind the changes. I do think that the menu on the right DOES make it a little easier to find the exact subject you're looking for. (Though I don't remember the last layout because the last time I've been there was at least 8 minths ago...)
