What is the best way to get a video feed for an auto blog?

I bought a WSO a few days ago about setting up an auto blog. It was very well laid out and helpful but focused on using news feeds to create posts. I would like a way to set up not just a google news feed but youtube video and more.

I assume you could just use an RSS feed from a youtube channel but then I would only be getting one channel. I would rather rotate "top videos" or something like that.

Any suggestions?

You could get a targeted RSS feed, based around a keyword and get it from multiple video sites. Its really easy to, all you have to do is, first do a Google search for the keyword you want to target, then click the video link in the top left hand corner. Next, look in the top right hand corner, you should see the link for the RSS feed. It should be next to the search results.

    Hope that helps.

That sounds good. I guess there is not really a way to get a targeted rss feed from youtube alone then?

      Yes, you can! :-)
Youtube offers Keyword based feeds with videos related to your keyword.

RSS Feeds for Tags and Users

To create an RSS feed for your favorite tags or users, simply enter the tag or username as specified in the below URLs. You can then add this URL to your newsreader. Please note, you will need to create a feed for each individual tag or user you wish to subscribe to.
      Tags:
      http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/videos/-/[insert tagname here]?client=ytapi-youtube-browse&v=2
For example, if you wanted to create an RSS feed for the tag "monkey", you would enter:
      YouTube Videos
      Full-text searches:
      YouTube Videos[insert url-encoded search term here]&client=ytapi-youtube-search&v=2
For example, if you wanted to create an RSS feed for the search term "monkey", you would enter:
      YouTube Videos matching query: monkey
      Users:
      All Channels[insert username here]/uploads
For example, if you wanted to create an RSS feed for the user "YouTube," you would enter:
      http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/...outube/uploads

Ok I just tried that, WOW. Really powerful tool. I have never really used the options on the top left except for pics.

So heres the next question. With a news feed it is always updating and changing. With search results they do change but for the most part are static. If I set that up using the same wp-omatic type plugin wont it create posts then be done since there is nothing new?

What would work is if I could just pull the top 10 or 20 results display one in a widget and have them rotate or even just load a different one with each page load.

    Any thoughts?
