Mailing List URL - Protect Folders
Then each email will contain a url which actually points to a web page with an embedded video in it. - not a problem.
How can I protect my video folder(s) from the casual web surfer? i.e I don't want them all to come up in a Google Web Search.
I know I can add my video folder to my robots.txt file - not fail safe.
I'm wanting people to only get the video by my emails. Is the only way via .htaccess or am I going up the wrong tree?
I could password protect a folder, yet, that would password protect all its contents too, wouldn't it?
I know people can record the video whilst on-line via a firefox add-in etc. I'm OK with that, since most people don't know how to do that or share files.
Thanks
