Hi Warriors,

Just "fooling" around and checking things out in this forum, I noticed that when you run your WSO through WSO Pro, you only have the paypal option to receive payment.

Here's my question:

Is there any possibility of enabling us to use Alertpay (for example) to receive money when we run our own WSO?

The thing is some of us live in countries where we cannot receive money from paypal. I myself live in South Africa.

How can we go around this situation?

Honestly, I think that It will be great and very helpful to have both options: Paypal and Alertpay.

What do you think guys?

Thanks in advance for your assistance

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. I also live in South Africa, so PayPal really isn't an option for me. People in South Africa can receive funds into a PayPal account, but we can't withdraw the funds into our bank accounts.

I wonder if there is a way to transfer money from your PayPal account into an Alertpay account?

Actually there is way to transfer but it requires exchanger and i have seen few exchangers doing that. But i don't suggest anyone that way cause i have seen few people getting their Paypal account limited because of such exchanges.

Thanks Alexa. Yeah the thing about paying two lots of processing fees, well, it sucks. Sadly on sites like E-bay where you are limited to PayPal, us Safricans are left with little other choice.

I guess we just have to get rid of our WSO's without WSO Pro

    Hi Nick,

Good to know that there is fellow mate over here.
I am glad that you also feel the same with regard
to this matter. Hope that someone here will help us.

And concerning the possibility of transferring money from your paypal account to Alertpay, I think that the problem doesn't lay there.

The issue here is this: when you run your own WSO, you can only receive money via Paypal not Alertpay. In other words, your clients have only one option to buy whatever you're selling via Paypal only.

The WSO Pro, doesn't give us the option to use Alertpay. I might be wrong here.
And this doesn't help us at all, because we live in a country where we cannot receive money from Paypal.

So if you have Alertpay integrated with in the WSO Pro, then only we can easily receive and withdraw money from Alertpay into our local bank account.

Am I making myself clear here Mate?

    take care

Here is one way: Why not accept multiple payments on seperate langing page ? You can give another option to warriors who wants to pay from Alertpay, perfect money or webmoney etc etc. You can create separate landing page where you can accept money from other processors. Also you can accept money from warrior members using exchangezone.com,that will work for sure.

    Hey Nick,

    Your last question:

"I wonder if there is a way to transfer money from your PayPal account into an Alertpay account?"

    What are you referring to?

Are you talking about the possibility for the clients to use his/her paypal account to buy our product via Alertpay?

    I really don't know...

No, I was referring to receiving the money from your sales into your PayPal account, and then transfering your money from your PayPal account into your Alert Pay account so that you can withdraw it. But like Alexa says, even if you can do that, you would be paying fees twice.

    Hi Alexa,

Yeah, you're right, we can run our WSO without WSO Pro and use whatever payment option we feel confortable with.

Thanks for your help here. But I have a question:

Can we simply say to warriors" hey warriors, I am selling blablabla... and I only accept payment via Alertpay. Please pm so that I can give you my Alertpay email address...? because Alertpay works just like paypal where you send money to someone using only their email address.

    Or

Must we, for example, obtain "buy now" buttons from Alertpay and integrate those in our webpage?

What is your view about this?

    Thanks

As far as I know, you can accept payment however you'd like. For example, you can tell people to mail you three sea shells and a chicken.

However, asking people to PM you (rather than offering direct "buy now" buttons) is just an extra step in the sales process. And when you start throwing in extra steps and hurdles between you and the customer, your conversion rate lowers.

So, bottom line: No matter what payment option you choose, make sure it's as easy as possible for your customer to buy from you.

      cheers,
      Becky

Last time I checked, I wasn't able to put a PayPal button (other than with WarriorPro) directly on the offer page (though I could put a link there). Of course I may have missed something...

So I created another page that I linked to from the PayNow links on my offer.

        You could do that too.

Create the Alertpay buttons and either get links that are just plain links and make them buy here or something, right on your offer page, or create a separate page with the Alertpay buttons...

I may be a little off with what is needed in this case but try getting a paypal debit card then adding it to your profile on alert pay? From there, see if there is a way to remove the funds that way. It should work as I have purchased things this way thru alert pay but I have never just tried to remove the funds entirely into my alert pay account.

    Hi Erica,

Thanks for your insights. I am not sure if this will work for us living in South Africa where paypal doesn't allow us receive money. Yes we can use paypal to send money...but ew cannot receive money.

I think that what you suggested will work for people in countries where paypal allows you to send and receive money.

Anyway, I'll check this out. thanks again

    Ah ah ah!

    Your ALL wrong.

You can use Plimus - Sell Online, Web Ecommerce, Online Shopping Software to process paypal payments for you, and recieve a monthly check.

    Or

You can use Digital Products Retailer: Affiliate Program & Sell Online - ClickBank

You cant use them with WSO pro; but you can still run a WSO and offer the most popular payment options to customers (thats the big thing isnt it?)

Just want know, can Plimus send you money via bank wire?
Is it free to join or do we need to pay a fee before plimus can start accepting credit card on our behalf?

        Guys,

Any other merchant company you know that can accept paypal on our behalf and then send us the money via bank wire?

I have tried to use Alertpay in this forum, but it seems like people don't use them a lot. They prefer paypal. Although, Alertpay works just like paypal.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Just want to update everyone that all South african can now use Paypal. Yes, we can now receive money via paypal. Right now, if you have an account with FNB, you can then receive, rather withdraw your paypal money into your fnb bank account.

We are all glad for the good news!
