Hooking Up 1ShoppingCart and Analytics-HELP!

I've had 1shop for a couple years + and I'm trying to sort out the best way to track leads and actual purchases from both my PPC and SEO.
For my Adwords/Yahoo PPC accounts, I'm using the ad trackers from 1shoppingcart, but its limited because I don't know the actual keyword. I'm running on local keywords (its a regional business right now) so even though I have lots of adgroups, there's not enough search volume to just have exact matched keywords with adtrackers for each. I get a lot of long-tail searches that I get PPC clicks and leads from, but I'm not able to know those actual keywords right now.
I'm thinking that something is not right with 1shops trackers, because I just got a lead and a sale and the customer told me the domain they found me on, and it has a 1shop tracker hooked up to it, but this is not showing up next to her name in 1shop.
I'd LOVE your help in integrating my 1shop with analytics or I'm open to suggestions on the best way to know the EXACT keyword from all of my LEADS and BUYERS.
