Text message affiliate program?
I'm wondering if such a thing exists:
You join an affiliate program, and you get a special number to give out to potential subscribers (I'm not sure what people would be subscribing to, but there would be a monthly fee charged to their phone bill).
When someone signs up for the service through your number, you get an affiliate fee. Does such a thing exist? It seems like it should, except for the problem regarding the expense of handing out so many affiliate text numbers...
I recently donated to a radio program by texting a number (they took 10 bucks, charged on my phone bill), which made me wonder this question.
