Help With Yahoo Mail Account Access

INTERNET MARKETING

hey everyone

i've had a yahoo mail account for yonks, i'm talking 15 years or something and all of a sudden i am not able to receive any mail at all since friday.

i've tested it from a number of email accounts and i get a 554 error i think it is.

i've put in a help ticket with yahoo - i have no idea if they'll ever respond!

i am wondering if anyone is able to give me any advice on what to do or where i can get help from.

Try adding addresses to Address Book in your yahoo mail account and then send mails from those Email Addresses.

Do you access the mail account often? If you don't use it for a period of time, Yahoo will label you account dormant and you need to do something to activate it.

  Is it an issue with logging in, or an issue with the email working once you are logged in?? Worth contacting Yahoo themselves??

If you can open your account and cannot send or recieve , I think it is from their mail server
