How Can I Keep Youtube from Taking me DOWN

Hi,

I have been using Youtube to drive traffic to my CPAlead widgets. I have been posting videos with pictures and watermarks directing to my landing page that has a CPAlead content blocker on it.

I made about 5 accounts so far all for different TV shows (Scrubs, Heroes, Gossip Girl, etc). Youtube has allready banned 2 of them in 2 days. Is there anyway to help me not get them banned so quickly?

Thanks,

Augie Johnston

p.s. I only use one video for one keyword too so its not like I have my videos take up the whole first page.

Seems like a lot of work getting it set up only for it
    to get it taken down.

I wish I can give you a more direct answer, but
perhaps someone out there has a thorough answer?

    Let's help Augie out.

Arnel really hit it on the head. If you're uploading content that you don't have rights to they're going to take your videos down. If you keep doing it, they're going to ban your content.

Could you try using TubeMogul to hit other video sites that would let your stuff stay around?

    Good luck,
    -LJ

Yes you are right. I never heard of YouTube banning or taking videos down. Unless you are violating rules or copyrights.

Ok, thanks for the responses, I guess I need to make some original videos. This is my first try at CPAlead and I followed a tutorial that showed me this way.

Anyways, to answer the question, I have been getting "suspended" not "banned." I'm trying to think how I could make some original videos advertising my link, hmmm. Any other ideas out there?

    Thanks,

    Augie

Another comment real quick. I have not been uploading actual videos from Scrubs, Heroes, and other shows. I have been creating videos with pictures from the shows and then watermarking them saying to click the link in the description...

Dude - you are posting CRAP to YouTube that has NO VALUE ADDED. You deserve to have all of this crap taken down.

Why not build a business based on creating value for your customers instead of this garbage?

I may sound like I'm insulting you, but I'm actually giving you the advice that you need to hear. If you are not willing to add value for people you are doomed to be hit with this type of problem over and over again. You'll never feel comfortable with your "business" (which is not a business but an ever-changing "tactic")

    Augie,

Unfortunately, Youtube has become a real pain in the butt lately, and they over react over any video that is put up on their website. But what do you expect when Google has bought them out?

Ever heard of Google Slap? (Where they charge like $5 a click because they don't like your website)

Well this is now the Youtube Slap. They simply delete any video that is put up to make you a profit. People with thousands of subscribers are the only ones now that are really making cake.

I'm glad to answer here. Stay away from this black or gray or what ever hat methods, because this will consume all your time and in the end you will make some buck or maybe none, but your valuable time is vasted. My suggestion is to you to focus only on whithe hat methods and they will pay off for sure. Choose your field of interes and poit yourself in that direction I know it is a hard road, but once you get there it is only milk and honey :-)
    hope this helps

Try using only clips and at the end of the clips, point to your CPA site. I have about 20 CPA sites for shows that are no longer on the air and no longer popular, and I posted clips and themes with text saying to go to my site which prompts my new visitor to fill something out and I get a couple dollars for the submit.

Or maybe, just maybe, you should not spam the hell out of YouTube with your CPA advertising that offers no value whatever to the YouTube community. Has that ever crossed your mind?

The last thing we need is another fantastic site such as YouTube to get ruined by spammers like happened to Craigslist.

      Ditto - my thoughts exactly!

Play by YT's rules and you won;t have problems.

Better yet, offer "real and valuable" content and your traffic and conversions will go up.

My friend it is very simple. Stop going against the law and follow the law. Youtube is Google.com and they have big authority on the internet.

This is what i see so many internet marketers fail. Want all to quick and to fast. Quality versus quantity.

    Law 1.

Stop being what big marketers are on day one. They take time to get there.

And do what the law say and obey it.

You have one life on the internet and you can make it and break it. No every one will like your services. Still give them a money back guarantee. You are your own brand online.

That is the biggest tips I can give you. All the best.

    Arnel is correct.

Two Ways Not To Get Banned From You Tube
    - Original Content: You can possible do spin off to the show, people cannot resist. Example of the good ones I saw was where some guy put a Bachelor Spoiler, where the guy figured out from a ring on her finger which girl it was.
    - Add Value: This can ethier be how to, humour or whatever; when you make a video, it is 100% about the person watching it, what value are you adding.

    Cheers,
    Mukul

Sounds like you are getting hit with copyright issues. In the other accounts you have see if next to the video when you are logged in if it says it has been flagged. And or says something like duplicate. If so then simply remove those videos and make new videos. Preferably ones that are yours this time around.
