Advise Please

Hi Guys,

I am not very new to internet marketing but i am not an expert too. However i am in a desperate kind of situation at the moment and need your advise. I have invested some good amount of money in an online project but that project will take time to return back.
So i am looking for some quick solution. Currently i have $1000 to spend, I have a designer and programmer, have hosting account. I want to start producing at least $300 per month after thirty days. So what will be your suggestions? Is their any way of doing it other than ppc? I have some basic knowledge of ppc but it looks to be risky to me with my level of expertise.
