need suggestion: receive and send money online for network marketing

hello,
my partner and i plan to have online business on several niches. On each niche we publish, we include a network system (or kind like multilevel affiliate scheme) so every purchaser had opportunity to get extra income.

Now, paypal doesn't allow to use their service for network marketing scheme:
"3. relate to transactions that (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other “get rich quick” schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of real property, annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f), are associated with the following Money Service Business activities: the sale of traveler’s checks or money orders, currency exchanges or check cashing,or (g) provide certain credit repair or debt settlement services"

now i'm looking for paypal's alternatives with ability to send and receive money online...

currently i found "Liberty Reserve".. but i think their system little bit complicated.. looking for more reliable one.

Have you tried E-Gold? That might work for you though.

You can try Moneybookers, which is quite famous, next to Paypal.

e-gold is as good as dead. The new e-gold is Liberty Reserve and you might want to reconsider that one. It's good.

compare to paypal:
- LR user has to use exchanger to deposit and withdraw... this kind a bit complicated, especially for new user
- LR doesn't provide sandbox (testing environtment to test script).

Anyway,I put LR on my list but on low priority (for now).

I'll take a look at moneybookers..

i googled and found alertpay can accept multi-level marketing business.
"Any Seller involved in Multi-Level Marketing ("MLM"), adult or mature content or an industry restricted by AlertPay, must open a Business account and choose the correct category for their business. Failure to select the appropriate account can result in closure of your account or additional fees being charged to your account." <- from alertpay.com

so far i got moneybookers and alertpay... anybody would like to point on other service ?

moneybookers does not allow mlm business.

Options are Alertpay or moneybookers. But do they allow in purchase of domain names and hosting?
