Anyone using Heyspread?

I signed up and am underwhelmed. I think it's confusing and I try to email support and Outlook or Yahoo won't recognize the email address.
their help section has a few broken links in the FAQ section. I sure would appreciate some help.

    I use to use heyspread and didn't have any troubles, it seemed like a good service.

    I use SENuke now, but have heard that Tube Mogul is nice (and free)

      You name it.Out of all the sites it's was supposed to upload the video to it did 0 the first try. I can't find how to abort that one so I did the same thing with the same video and it went to 2 sites.I go into their FAQ section and it's a bunch of broken links so I can't find answers there. I tried emailing them through their contact link and both MS outlook and Yahoo say it's not a valid email address.So right now both attempts are sitting there with the blue enable button underneath and when I click on it it says it costs 3 credits. What for? To get the same result all over again. As far as I can see they have NO SUPPORT! I'm at my wits end today.

    I've been on tube mogul all morning getting registered and I went to upload and most of them are locked. I think I got through on 4 sites. I thought I followed their instructions good but I'm missing something. I've spent the last 3 days @ around
    8hrs each running into one wall after another with this stuff. I have no budget so I'm paying as I earn which so far is next to nothing. I'll tell you this sucks. I can't even think straight right now. If I was a drinker I'd be S....faced right now.Thanks for your suggestions I do appreciate the help.
