PLR software for recipes

I've been looking through a lot of PLR sites, but I can't seem to find it, so I thought I might ask here. I have a site in a health niche that is closely related to menu planning around a specific condition. Now I was thinking of creating some sort of database/software with recipes that I could sell. This software should have the possibility that they can add their own recipes too.

As I don't have the funds right now to pay someone to create a new product, I was looking around to see if there's a PLR software product I can use for this. If anyone has an idea, could you let me know?

    While it isn't PLR software, I think that Thomas Belknap' s Tiger Software Builder Express will do what you want.

    I have the Pro version, so I am not 100% clear on what options the Express version currently offers.

    It isn't free, but it could be a worthwhile tool, in the long run.

    BTW, Thomas is an active Warrior and a great guy to do business with...

    You can create your own with my special tool.
