Would this be better, or even work? (articles)

We all know that article marketing is probably the easiest and fastest way of getting traffic to your site, but I've got an idea or two for spicing things up a bit.

I've got articles written for my website but I'm thinking of presenting them in a different way. Instead of using just regular text for articles on your site, what about embedding, say, a pdf file? There are sites out there that have free ebooks on them and they're embedded into the webpage. This seems like a nice, fancy way of going about it, but would google even pick up on this?

I'm not sure if this would give me better results, or worse if I did this. I've searched for things and embedded pdf files came up, so I'm wondering if there's a benefit to this...

Yes, test it for yourself, but I think Google gives more authority to pdf files than just html.

Test it out.. But, speaking for me, I'd leave the site immediately if I see a PDF.

It takes a lot of time to load on my slow connection and sometimes Firefox gets stuck!
