What Is The Right Price For A Keyword Specialist To Do This Task?

I have a new keyword list of 4000+ keywords in Excel for the Internet marketing niche.
I'm looking for a keyword specialist to do some cleanup and also group the remaining keywords into thematic ad groups (for Adwords). After the cleanup, there should only be about 2000 or so keywords to group into themes. This can probably be done on Microsoft Excel.
What will be the right price to pay a keyword specialist to do this task? I'm not 100% sure what the right price is and don't want to overpay or underpay.
