Paypal usually limited account for several reasons and the most annoying things is they realy easy to closed our account without a clear reasons (6 months limited account!)

So, my question is : can we get a new account after 6 month? I mean that can we get our account back after 6 month or we can sign-up for new account without "linked with" current account and getting limited (again)??

Thanks For Advice Warriors,

I've had mine limited so many times due to receiving too much money.

It's so annoying it's unreal, I ring them up and have to wait like 1-2 hours on the phone to get somebody who will unlimit my account.

      As you should be.

Matrix1989, I recommend calling PayPal and asking for an account manager, they will not be so willing to give you a person that you can speak to more directly concerning your account especially if you have never had many large transactions in short amounts of time between. Just inform them exactly what you are planning on doing, and that you expect a large amount of income and several transactions soon and that you want to make sure that you are in contact with someone at PayPal incase there are any problems.

      MaulanaMalik,

PayPal absolutely does not like people having more than ONE account but allows someone to have both a Personal Account and a Business Account, and often limit and suspend and ban people who have two accounts with similar information, such as a husband and wife who access PayPal under the same IP, and whose information is the same such as Last Name, Phone Number, Streed Address, etc. Mostly the IP is what flags people who have two accounts.

However, what you can do is own and operate a PayPal account under a business name (DBA) and your actual name, and you should be fine incase you ever need to open up one after you are limited.

      My advice?

Open up a new bank account, get a new temporary telephone number, get a P.O. Box/Drop Box, and get a new IP and just let your limited account become dormant and open up a new one using all of your new legitimate information.

          Hi...

Thought it might be useful for you guys, go check xDennis' thread at

          http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...kfVIeDbCq5RU76

He discusses some fundamental aspects on how to use PayPal correctly in his WSO. A must have stuff for everyone using PayPal.

If you are a bit techie, Big MIKE's Secure Digital Download manual also worths reading but I am sure if he sells the manual separately. I received the manual along with the script I bought from Incansoft.

          Hope that helps

I have set up a lot of Paypal accounts for people and never had any of them limited.

The thing that most people don't do that I see is make a premier or business account if you are doing a lot of sales.

The second thing is make sure you understand their terms of service.

I put a lot of money through my account and have been with them almost since they started and never been limited because I follow the rules.

I have also investigated many other customers who have been limited and found they broke one of the terms of service in 99% of the cases. In nearly all cases we have been able to restore their account by changing some of their business practices and advising Paypal.

Paypal is a great system if you play by their rules.

I know quite a few business that push through £10k sterling a month. They have Paypal business accounts and have never been suspended or limited. Luck of the draw - or perhaps more due diligence needs to be done on the part of those being limited?

If you really have a valid reason for being innocent and claiming its a mistake, for your account to be limited, then calling the Paypal care can settle the issue sometimes.

But sometimes it doesn't get solved and your limited account remains limited for always, and you should just move on and make a new account there.

My apologies in advance -- I obviously could not resist replying. However, having a bit of experience in this, I would like to answer your questions.

Can you get you get your limited PayPal account back after 6 months? The answer is NO. The 180 day "rule" applies to how long you will be denied access to all of your funds in your PayPal account -- it DOES NOT apply to how long your account will remain limited for. In theory, your PayPal account will be limited forever (unless you take some proactive steps to contact the correct people within PayPal to fix it -- PayPal's Office of Executive Escalations for example).

After 6 months, PayPal will send you an automated email advising you that your funds will now be available for withdrawal -- however your account will remain limited.

If you get another PayPal account (i.e., a new PayPal account), and use the same information that you used for your now limited PayPal account, your new account (and all the funds in it) will also be automatically limited. PayPal does allow a person to have ONE personal account and ONE Business/Premier account. Again, if you open another account, PayPal's automated fraud detection system (called "Igor") will find you out and limit your account post hast.

Here is the bonus: if any family members, or even people who live in your household have PayPal accounts, their accounts will soon be limited as well. PayPal's system will automatically "link" your limited account to that of any other accounts which share a common IP to you, a common address, phone number, bank account number, etc. What I write here is not open to debate -- it will happen. So try to take steps to avoid that while you can.

If you would like to attempt to open a new PayPal account, I would suggest you change your IP address, change the name of your computer as well as take other measures which might disguise your details better from PayPal. Short of that, you will never be able to open another PayPal account again using the personal information that you have submitted to PayPal previously (unless, of course, you work to get your account back into an unlimited status -- which is possible DEPENDING on why it was limited in the first place and DEPENDING on your ability to work with the people at PayPal to get them to toggle the system and override the limitation).

I hope that information was able to help you! Good luck.
