Using a smart phone for your business? Beware of viruses!

I've been using my HTC Droid for going on 2 months now for EVERYTHING and I'm loving it.
About twice a week I tether it to my PC and back up all the data on it.
Well, last night as soon as it was recognized by my PC the Avast anti virus program siren went off. Avast found a worm on my droid.
I decided to run the full scan on the phone and Avast found another virus.
I ran it again this morning and they were still gone.
I actually installed an anti virus program on my droid when I first got it and it made the phone run too slow so I removed it.
So now I use the Avast on my PC for my Droid.
Just a reminder that the smart phones are really little computers and they need to be scanned from time to time. Fortunately you can do this with your PC antivirus program. At least you can do it with Avast.
