Ecourse or Ebook - Refund difference?
I am developing a series of products. I have 2 choices - ebooks or ecourses (short ecourses - about 10-14 days).
I am leaning towards ecourses, because I really like the idea of giving small steps for them to take and then answering questions along the way vs. giving the info all at once and they might get overwhelmed.
The product I am testing right now is an ecourse. I have gotten very positive feedback, but the group is small (10 people) who already know me and like me.
I think the ecourse approach is a more personal approach.
I also think I could ask a higher price for an ecourse since there would be email support from me during the course and beyond.
I would also think that an ecourse would have a lower refund rate, especially from scammers that ask for a refund immediately after buying and downloading the product.
Any thoughts or experience in this area? All suggestions - pro and con - would be appreciated.
