Where can I find information

I have been experimenting with affiliate marketing for a couple of years now. I mainly promote an auction site called liquidation(dot)com through CJ.

I found a couple of other marketers who are using some sort of program to "cull" or "pull" auction listings into some sort of a feed that embeds their affiliate link.

Can someone tell me how they are doing this or possibly what program, script they are using?

Where can I read more information about this?

Here are the two websites which obviously are using some sort of script to pull auctions to their website and embed affiliates links:
