Besides since you are new here I highly recommend going through some threads and specially get 'War Room' membership. There you'll get ideas and complete strategies that you can implement right away no matter what level you are. Its just reading through these threads and posts and finding what you think will work for you and just sticking with it.

Since you are only starting out I highly recommend you do your research first and study any ONE method you are going to implement and then run with it and don't get distracted with other methods you'll come across until you finished what you've chosen.

Remember. 'ACTION TAKERS stay in IM, and only ACTION TAKERS make money'

so pick up a strategy, a goal, a plan and implement it.

150euro a month... I think it's a little bit more than $200 right? Well, it's low budget, no doubt about it. However, it's more than I had when I was just starting (I live in Brazil). Actually, my situation was very similar to yours, so I understand how you feel.

If I were you I'd reather low cost techniques to start with. For you, SEO and article marketing are the best alternatives. Avoid PPC, PPV and media buying. Here is what I suggest you:

* Purchase a good SEO course. I like Google Sniper and highly recommend you to buy a copy. This course is good because it teaches how to work with small sites that focus on one specific keyword.

* Learn as much as you can about preselling. This is very important. Use Warrior Forum and look for a good course related to it.

* Create a plan, a blueprint and stick on it. I suggest you to work on the Google Sniper method and don't lose your focus (people will flood you with information, but don't let them take you from your plan)

* If you are not a native english speaker, just like me, you will ahve extra expenses. Make sure that you ALWAYS hire a good writer to rewrite your contents and fix the grammar and expressions errors. You can look for a professional in the forum "Warriors For Hire" or PM me and I'll give you the email of the writer that use to hire for this kind of service (she is very good ;-). Just keep in mind that without a perfect english you will not succeed. I lost $1000s with PPC until I realize that couldn't work without a writer.

* After you start making some money, make sure that you start building a list. Choose a profitable niche and spend a percentage of your earnings building your list. Here is the truth: "The money is in the list". Don't forget it!

Hope it helps. I'm giving all these advices because I don't want other people to lose years with IM as I did. It's terrible when we don't have money to start with and nobody helps, so here are my 2 cents.

Find a simple plan and stick to it.

And avoid the temptation to start selling IM stuff to IM'ers! There are a lot of other markets out there with pent up demand without the intense competition - for example anxiety attacks or troublesome teens and parenting....

And to make some dough, try selling your services... it is trading time for dollars, but you can make some money doing a task ... what are you good at?

Again, I agree with the posts above... don't get lured into chasing one thing after another. Find a strategy you can do, and stick to that strategy relentlessly....

I see people helping you out. The best way NOT to succeed in IM is either lack of information or overload of information. Like myself and everyone else suggested just pick up a plan and stick to it.

I came here to give you another piece of advise. Get 'War Room' membership.

I've been on Warrior Forum for a couple of months and while there is great advise here and I simply just post questions where I get confused but getting a War Room membership has been aweeeeeeesooooooooomee.

Its a one time fee and the best thing is most of the Warrior Special Offers and complete strategies and plans and blueprints are free inside so you pay one time and find loads of plans free inside. Just pick up one and implement it it'll be great I tell you.

For outsourcing like you mentioned check burnyourtodolist.com they provide some excellent outsourcing plans and I'm a member myself.

Welcome to the forum, I wish you good luck on your quest, however don't desperate becuase that is not a way to go in this business. The thing is that there are no secrets, just lean the basics and applied them everyday.

You need to hire a warrior. Go to the "Warrior for hire" section. There are a lot of services advertised there to help you build and grow your business. You can get yourself a very good deal. Not only is the work good, it is also very affordable. The other good thing also is that there will be comments and testimonials from people who have used the services so you can make an informed judgement.

Good luck with your IM business and if you really want to quit that 40hr job, you have to promote your business and never ever give up nomatter how hopeless it may seem at first.
