Search this forum, look for posts like "how do I ...", "Why does such and such happen", answer those questions or anything about Google rankings, Duplicate content, Public Domain, Traffic Generation and a million others

Just give people something that they can use. If it's a free ebook, don't try and go crazy with it. Usually I spend a bit of time on my own, but that's only because i'm trying to release quality content. However, if you're just trying to give away something, go ahead and just give them tips and ideas to make money. Or teach them how to do something... like how to create an ebook xD

How about "The Top 25 Most Effective Ways To [X]"

The implication here is that there are a thousand different techniques but you've gone to the trouble of sifting out the creme de la creme, the ones that give you the most bang for the buck, because you understand that time and money are precious resources to your intended audience.

Center the content of your IM niche Ebook around the software MicroNiche Finder (w/o infringement of course), which is the best way (in my opinion) to achieve solid niche marketing. Tell 'um how to evaluate the competition (# of websites), how to evaluate the demand in the niche they're considering (# of searches per day or per month for any given Keyword or phrase), how to find a profitable Keyword or phrase, how to assess the # of backlinks needed to achieve top Google ranking in order to drive traffic to their website and then how to acquire the requisite backlinks for ranking.

Just another thought...

Write the best report you possibly can, THEN come up with the title based on what you wrote.

Let the writing dictate the title, not the other way around.

I'm not saying this is always the best way, but it sounds like you are letting the lack of a title keeping you from getting started.
