How to best use the Incansoft products I have?

Hello everyone... Over the last few months I have bought several Incansoft products that I think are great, but I am trying to find the best way to use them effectively.

I own RSSBot, SocialBot, VideoBot and BlogBot. I randomly use RSSBot to submit my author and site feeds, but the others I have not used very often. I have never used VideoBot at all, in fact.

I am trying to come up with a plan that I can use for each site/article so that I can make the most of the tools I already have. Does anyone use the programs on a regular basis?

For instance, let's say I launch a new site, what would be the best way to use these tools to promote it? What about new articles?

What about existing sites?

I would like to think I can make these tools work for me and create a streamlined process that I go through.

Thanks for any advice!

I have RssBot, ArticleBot, PressBot, DirectoryBot, and SocialBot and use them everyday.

I post an article to at least 20 directories a day with article bot. I will have like 10 articles going at once for these directories. It gives a good consistent stream of natural looking backlinks.

I use pressbot if I have any new report, free give away, website, or product. Same with directory bot for websites. I socialBot each article and every web 2.0 I have linking to my articles.

I use rssbot each day by taking all the web 2.0 URLs and my linkwheel urls and turning them into feeds at feedity. Then I submit them with RssBot.

I also have videoBot and BlogBot but haven't started using them yet. VideoBot is pretty self explanatory with what you should do. BlogBot I'm assuming is like Free Article Wizard which submits your article to a bunch of blogs that use free content. I would use article syntax to spin your articles and use this for more backlinks.

I've had all this software for about a month and have just recently started using most of it. All software has a learning curve on how to best use it in your strategy. I master one peice of software at a time then add the next one.

    Hi,

Yes I also have a few icansoft products which I use pretty much everyday.

Why don't you just set aside submission jobs every day. In the directorybot for example, you can set up daily submissions profiles, that way you are not getting an unnatural amount of links per day.

The only one thing that concerns me about some of the icansoft products such as articlebot and directorybot all use sites which have either no pagerank or 0 pagerank - a tiny amount have pr1 and pr2. I know it's good to get all kinds of pageranking linking back to your sites but with most of them being 0 or no pagerank is it actually doing much good? That's my only concern, sorry to be a bit negative on your thread but would love to hear what you and others have to say about it.

P.S I still think they are great value products even if the sites used are not very high ranking.

    Cheers

    Yves

I use Socialbot every single time I make a web2.0 site in my linkwheels or an update to a blog or an article submission.

I do have articlebot but I have not used it yet, although I will be shortly.

I do also intend to purchase some more of their programs

I think Icansoft is pretty marginal myself, it's cheap- there are free article submission aps on the forum that are probably as good and have directories with some actual PR. To me that's just laziness on the part of Icansoft.

If you use Articlebot, kill the directory list and find a good one and add them in.

After seeing a number of posts about them from other members on this forum, I went to their page the other day to do some research. Definitely some useful software, to be sure. I'll have to wait til next month to purchase them, though, because I have already used up this month budget buying various products talked about on this forum.

BTW, did anyone else notice that in order to be an affiliate for Incansoft's products, you have to pay THEM $19.95 a month for the privelege?

Right, but did you take a look at what the affiliate program consists of and the benefits to the individual affiliate?

      privelege?
I don't think so, this is definitely a business with the road being paved in both directions.

That's $19.95 per month for 100% commissions plus personal use of the products.

If you're actually promoting the stuff, that beats the hell out of 50% commissions for free.

I used several of Incansoft's programs like ArticleBot, RSSBot, and EZ Niche Builder. I was impressed with the features and ease of use (not to mention the sale prices).
I realized just last week what John is saying is true. How can you beat 100% commissions plus personal use for that price? I plan on promoting them, to be sure.

As for a streamlined process, whatever programs you plan to regularly use, I would suggest using several together, as Yves does. Your growing list of backlinks needs to be varied and not too large too soon, especially for a new site. The Incansoft programs that can submit content to dozens or hundreds of sites makes them powerful, but they can also make spamming-type behavior easier, too.

I read about a person using similar programs to build oodles of links to his 'money' sites back in July '09, and it seemed to be effective. UNTIL, the 'G' decided it seemed weird in some way and 'said' in the way only the 'G' can that they'd like to see more links to the links. I'm sure most of you already know that's one of the principles behind link wheels.

I recently purchased GFX Video Writer and it really hasn't worked for me. When I produce the video is skips slides only adds music on some and I was only producing 4 slides. What really disappointed me was that after contacting support with 3 emails I had NO response, NONE. This seems unlike what I've read about this company from others on the forum. So I requested a refund and this email was ignored as well. Perhaps this companies software is good but my first exposure has been very poor. My advice is to offer extreem caution at least with this product.

      rdisr,

I'm very surprised to hear you've had no response from Big Mike and his team at Incansoft as it's the opposite experience to my own. I've had amazingly fast responses from them on each occaission I've contacted them.

I was going to suggest that you PM John Rogers here on the forum but I see that although you've been on the forum for a few years you don't have enough posts to PM. Hopefully you won't mind but I've PM'd John, who is part of the Incansoft team, on your behalf.

I'm not connected with Incansoft, Big Mike or John in anyway other than as a delighted customer of many (most!) of their products.

      Hope that helps,

      Nigel

Last time I created new accounts in SB it worked fine. The fully
automated sign-up features at the left in the bots don't always
work as intended, but the semi-automated feature at the right
        usually does.

When I started using the bots I was a little confused myself, but
I read the manuals and started to see the logic behind how the
        bots function.

Sorry you're having troubles - but automated submitters are always
funky. The advantage of the bots is you get feedback. With a lot
of submitters you think you're pressing buttons, but you don't get the
feedback telling you which submissions are failing. With the Incansoft
bots you do get that feeback, which can be discouraging, but it also
tells you what's really going on... unlike some other submitters I've used
which make it look like things are hunky-dory but produce little in the
        way of SEO results.

Thanks for the input Loren. Yeah, the automatic feature barely worked (less than 100 services out of 1,200) but the semi-automatic account creation does not work at all.

Don't get me wrong, I am certainly not afraid of working hard but if there is a glitch with the semi-account creation I'd like to know about it and get it fixed rather than have to manually create 1,100 bookmarking accounts!

Having your Microsoft .NET updated may help. Also, the browser
functions run on Internet Explorer, so you may want to update your
version and look at security settings which may be clocking the
            bot's activity.

I bought article bot and social bot few months ago but decided to stop because I think it is not working properly.

I submitted articles last march but almost all articles in all the directories were not submitted. I didn't check everything but I haven't seen any article being published. They are all listed as pending for approval, not declined and no approved articles. It was still last march and until now, it was not reviewed?

I dig Incansoft. I own quite a few of their programs. I'll give a quick run down on each. As a side note, across the board they all aren't great with auto sign ups. You have to semi-auto sign up to most services in all bots, it takes AGES but I think worth it.

ArticleBot - Awesome. I see a lot of backlinks come through from this one. Submits to a whole lot of directories real quick with the multi threading. I am probably due to make some new accounts though. As with all auto submitters you should make new accounts every so often.

DirectoryBot - Awesome. Signing up for directories sucks. Not even sure if it is all that effective. So I get it out of the way in one fell swoop. Supports decaptcher (which is cool!) albeit poorly. It manually prompts you if the decaptcher fails, or sometimes doesn't even retry at all. Since it's their first implementation of decaptcher I'm not too fussed yet. Could probably learn from the way Bookmarking Demon does it, which is epically awesome.

SocialBot - Works pretty well, but I like Bookmarking Demon combined with onlywire better. I definitely notice a few links some from social bot. Use it rarely compared with the others

RSSBot - Awesome. Use it for every author feed, blog and anything I can throw at it really. I also use RSSSubmit for some extra services though. Some of the best RSS feed submitters are manual things though, like RSSHugger and Feedburner.

PressBot - Awesome. Notice a lot of the links come through. Use it whenever I can. I hate writing Press Releases though so nowhere near as often as ArticleBot.

BlogBot - Sucks. Auto signups are a massive fail. Less than 50% success on auto posting. Spent ages collecting WPMU sites to add to the list only to have most of them fail. I thought this one had potential so was pretty sad with the results.

Web2.0Bot - Decent. I got the pre release version. Not sure if it's available to non-list people yet? So far pretty good. Auto signups sucked. Around 50% success on Web2.0 properties.

VideoBot - Just bought it. Auto accounts worked on 50%, spend another hour or more signing up to the rest that are still live websites (a lot weren't even live any more!). Haven't done my first submit yet so will see how that goes.

Their Traffic Mania "uberbot" I've heard is just a combination of pretty much all of these, except maybe PADbot and PODbot in there as well, which I have no use for at the moment.

I'm hoping a lot of the issues will get resolved with time, and can't wait for decaptcher support in ALL of them. I love the programs where you just hit go and walk away. I'm very lazy.

Would also be good to have another layer of spinning. At the moment they all only support 1 layer of spin ie. {Blah|{blah|blah2 } } will not work.

I always get quick responses from their support so dunno what others are going on about.

            My more than 2 cents

You can use TubeMogul and in fact in my report on these methods
I mention which video sites work better with the Tubemogul submission
system. VideoBot submits to about 90 sites Tubemogul does not
      however.

There are a ton of factors affecting whether video sites will get
you traffic from buyers.... mostly having to do with your keyword
choices, your offer, message-to-market match, and your video
skills. If you're expecting a quick payoff from video submission,
you better have an offer people want. In the long term video is
a good method to have in your mix - I get calls from time to time
from people who say they ran across a video of mine, so I know
it works and engages people. I do have some skills however.

it works and engages people. I do have some skills however.
        OK Tnx,
I understand Tubemogul submits to about 13 sites - so for $30 if video bot submits to 90 - ( thats close to traffic guyser ) thats got to be a no brainer. What i really need to know, is video bot successful at submiting to this many sites and still current or is it an old product that doesn't work properly any more ?

BigMike recently made a comment in another thread; (don't know it off the top of my head -- search for it if you 'need' proof); where he said that soon IncanSoft will be releasing an uberBot version of all the bots.

This might be why neither of them have chimed into this thread; they're coding.

You bought all these tools without knowing what you want to do with them? You must have a lot of money.

    I personally use RSSbot.

Hi dave, "Can anyone specifically comment on VideoBot - is it any good ?

I wouldn't use them, they constantly go down in my experience.

Sorry for being a bit offtopic and bumping this thread as I could not find any other relevant thread. I just saw that web 2.0 bot new version has been released with supposedly linkwheel creation option. But I could not find any announcement or anything else anywhere else on the internet except the incansoft site. And I opened my web bot and it is not auto updating to the new version and is still in the original version which does not work. So, when was it released and all Incansoft products normally automatically upgrade during a latest release. So, why is the auto upgrading not working. Has anybody else been able to auto upgrade their web 2.0 bot from the earlier version? Or has it been released only today and so, will be updated later on. Quite confusing as of now. :-/

I like the incansoft bots but always felt that they could have done some basic video tutorials and explained to people how to use them as well as the PDF guides.
As others have said there are some issues with pre loaded sites etc.
If they created one great bot from all of these little ones and updated them then it would be a major IM tool for everyone.
I would love to see them do that.
