Hi Folks A client is using a really crappy domain service which has no re-direct function in the control panel, so instead I created an index page with re-direct code. The problem is when I go to the site, it still goes to the wordpress blog I have installed. Can I just rename one of the WP pages so it doesn't find it and then go to my redirect index page instead? Any ideas? Cheers Phil |

Wordpress index page is index.php. Do a redirect page and label it index.html and it should work. If you did this and and are having problems you might have to check your htaccess file and see if it is calling the php before the html. Ken |

Hi Ken Yeah, that's what I did with the index.html, so I'll follow your advice and check the htaccess file (now that you've just taught me what it's for ;-) - Thanks!! Phil |
