Attn: Internationals that get paid...Paypal will NOT let me receive money...

Hi,

I've got a little problem.

Someone tried sending me money by Paypal and Paypal did NOT let them send it because I live in a country that they don't allow receiving payments for yet.

Do you know of any alternatives (apart from receiving a check) where someone with Paypal can send money and I can actually receive it?

    How did you manage to open a Paypal account if you could not put money into that account?

    I've heard of people from countries not serviced by Paypal who enter into a private arrangement with a friend or relative who has a functioning Paypal account.

      i did a search for the terms "payment processors". One of them seems to be spacialised in high risk. you should do such search and see what comes up, perhaps with another search for high risk payment processors. too many links to list here.

    yeah...It's simple...
    1.Go and create a account in 2checkout.com(A lil onetime fee)
    2.Create some packages and set prices(Eg: $47,$67)
    3.set 2CO as your payment gateway.

    If you want to send money to your country just buy your own package using paypal..That's it.

      Hi everyone,

      Almost anyone everywhere ( except for some countries ) can open a paypal account. I can make payments but if another paypal user wants to send me money then I can't receive it.
