What makes a good outsource writer

When outsourcing for an article writer, would one know the difference between a good article and one that has been spun from another source? Maybe thats the whole idea. But just wondering if I buy a package of ten articles for say $75, am I getting articles that are written or re-written by some fancy software. If it's a software issue perhaps I should invest in that instead of looking for a quality writer. I guess it boils down to my question being, does a good and therefore usually recommended writer, write or re-write?

    Someone who consistently produces quality work for an agreeable rate.
    Someone who gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
    Someone who you can easily contact for work.

    In my opinion a good writer is someone that writes all 10 articles by hand... amongst other criteria. Many writers do spin articles and sometimes it shows. What you could do is divide those ten articles up between 5 different writers and then keep the best writers for future projects. And ask if they spin their articles or not... hopefully you will find some honest ones. When you do get a good one, hang on to them and pay for the quality.

    I don't do this often but when i try a new writer, i ask them up front how they do the research on topics. It's quite surprising people have different ways to do research. I think those who do neat and thorough research should be good writers.

    According to me a good outsource writer should be capable to 10 articles with hand per day,i hire many article writers,but i found some of them really good with good language.A good article writer should be capable to write an article both in standard english and simple one.He should be available to all budget orders.

    - is one who could deliver articles on time.
    - who could satisfy the needs and meet the requirements of his/her client.
    - one who could sustain the production of articles consistently.
    - one who could research on the topics the he/she isn't familiar with and write it as if he/she is an expert to that field.
