Hello, I have had my wordpress blog up now for about 6 months with alittle traffic but not much to work with yet. Anyways, I have been updating my theme alittle lately and have realized that none of my posts to additional pages other than my main blog page show anything, just the header and sidebar. I tried to make a new page, still wont let me put any posts on it. Any help on how to fix this? Thanks

Not much hope for help without a link...

    Anyway, the best troubleshooting practices:
    - switch to the default theme. If it works, your theme is no good.
    - deactivate all your plugins: check the site; re-actiavte them one by one and always check which one is causing trouble

After you went through all this, please, come back and tell us what you learned.

You might also want to post in the Programming forum, which has several eagle-eyed Wordpress gurus ready to swoop into action at first sign of a broken blog.

In addition to what Istvan said, you may also be confused as to what a "page" is and what a "post" is. When you mention putting a post on a new page, it contradicts what Wordpress is really supposed to do.

So, maybe I am not 100% sure what you are trying to do. Give us the link to take a look.

Alright well I switched it to the default theme, still no luck, you can see here at this link, About Homegrown CNC | HomeGrown Cnc , its suppose to be the about page but the writing is not there. When I go to edit it though, there is stuff written in the text.

Ok, I actually just turned off a plugin and it fixed part of the issue, I can now see the writing in the about section but still cant see my amazon store items in the store page.

Ok, I see on your "About" page that there is some text written there.

For the Amazon store, are you adding a script or code there for the rest? If so, make sure you add that code to the "html" side of the page editor as opposed to the "visual" side and then publish/save and see if it shows up.

I haven't added an Amazon store in a long time, so I can't remember exactly what type of code they give you, but the above is a common cause of those errors.

Before you get fancy adding Amazon store plugins and things, make sure the blog works with your posts and pages. And then add plugins one by one. Sometimes there are conflicts, and if you suddenly add several plugins at once, it is hard to know what is conflicting (painful trying to figure this out).

If you are new to Wordpress, just take it a step at a time.
