Default Stupid plagiarizer tricks

Someone posted MY article in the thread, "5 Ways to Think Up a Domain Name That is Still Available" and is pretending they wrote it.

They weren't even smart enough to change the wording. It says, "My own company name, Named At Last, falls into this category."

This is MY company. Look it up at NamedAtLast.com.

Marcia Yudkin
Author of the article in question and the company in question

P.S. Thanks to a quick-acting moderator, the thread was taken down and the perpetrator banned.

Author, Meatier Marketing Copy, available in paperback, Kindle, Nook, Audible audiobook
“There are few genuine thought leaders in the field of copywriting. Marcia Yudkin is one of them. The strategies she presents in Meatier Marketing Copy are all easy to understand and implement, yet profoundly insightful. If you want to write marketing copy that sizzles and sells, this book is a must-read.” - Steve Slaunwhite, Author, Start & Run a Copywriting Business, Co-Author, The Wealthy Freelancer

I think the only thing you can do is report it. Or post in the thread revealing the idiot for what s/he is.

I saw a guy posting stolen articles and passing them off as his own here last week.

Went through 90% of his posts and found that he was using them to build credibility on the forum, which worked, until he got banned and his posts deleted.

I wonder if it's the same guy.

Either way, the mods take FAST action with this stuff, as a newbie here it surprised me.. the level of professionalism that is carried out by the staff and also expected from the member base here is fantastic.

Hi MJ,

Sounds like you're getting a good idea of what true Warrior pride is all about. It's technically Allen's forum, but it's set up in such a way that we (true Warriors) have a sense of ownership and are quick to report threads/people that don't belong here.

All the best,
Michael
