What's Working as an Email Signup Incentive?

I'm interested in knowing what people are using here to "bribe" visitors for their email address.

We've given PDFs, videos, audio files, etc. and found that a video series of 1-4 parts has worked well.

They get Part 1 upon confirming their opt-in, and then 2-4 on subsequent days from our auto-responder.

But I'm hearing grumbles about videos not being enough anymore.

Anyone found something that is doing really well right now?

make sure you content is good. Post half of it up for the public - give them the juicy in the autoresponder.

I've been using 30 day challenges lately that are working nicely. Give them a guide to follow to get the results they are looking for. Have an email sent everyday for 30 days or one email for one step. I have been up selling the appropriate steps that have good products to help boost the results. It works pretty nicely. After the 30 days, I push them to a product I make that will push them to the next step of results.
