Ezine Advertising: Solo-Ads Ezine - Free Solo Ads - but it takes a while to earn the credits. You might also try an adswap - I'm about to start testing this site for my audience: Matt Garrett's Internet Marketing AdSwaps.

Vector Central is having a $12 special. Even at their regular price I usually at least double my money with them.
