Looking for video landing page script

I'm not sure I have the terminology right but I am looking for a landing page script where you have a video box and then an email form to the with a big arrow? All the gurus use them when doing their pre-launches. Can someone point me to a free one or even one that I have to pay for, as long as it's within reason.

Could I just copy the source page of one of these and then insert my own images, form, etc? I don't want to do anything that would violate copyright, of course.

    I don't know who first started this, but they can't all have the copyright to this design (if a site layout can even be copyrighted). So yes, you can go ahead and use their source and change the content/images to suit your needs, I don't see why not.

    They certainly don't own the rights to the "Add to Cart" button.

    Try this for a paid solution

    Squeeze Page Software | Quick Squeeze Pages

    Also you should use something like snagit to capture the screen of squeeze pages that you like the look of, and then you can approach a graphics person to create the same sort of look.

    Just remember to make sure that you're using something like aweber so that the autoresponder html doesn't screw-up the design.
