$1,000 A Month Online Is EASY When You Think About It!

When you break down the numbers, it's really not all that hard to make $1,000 a month online or even much, much more. Let's think about it:

If you promote a product as an affiliate that nets you approx. $30 commission per sale; you would only have to make
ONE SALE A DAY to make $930 a month, right?

If you made two sales a day, that would be $1,860 per month.

Between article marketing, forum marketing, blogging, social network marketing, PPC advertising, on-site SEO, email marketing, YouTube marketing, etc. -- It becomes very easy to make at least one sale per day...

What can you tweak, add to or change in your marketing campaign to make at least one sale per day?

[EDIT] This thread is meant to encourage those who are just getting into internet marketing. I personally earn a lot more from my online endeavors, but I had to start somewhere... and when I first started I was earning $0.

Even through selling a small product at around $97 you only need 10 or 12 sales a month.. which most can achieve daily no problem.

That was the exact thought behind my latest campaign shane. I decided to focus on something for 30 days and try my best to make 1000 in that time frame. It nets me $32 per sale and im on my sixth day. I havent made any money yet but I also havent done much marketing yet because I have been tweaking the blog to ensure conversions. My marketing campaign truly begins tmrw which will give me 23 days to make 32 sales.

Once I achieve that I will figure out how to automate the $1000 per month and set up another blog in a different niche and repeat the process. That way in 6 months I'll have 6 blogs netting $1000 per month for a cool second income of $6,000 per month that can go towards my life as well as starting my web design business

Promote 2 products instead of 1, and you automatically double your income! I've been trying the amazon affiliate marketing game and have only gotten a sale a week though. Hopefully I reach that target of 1 sale a day soon

Yes, 1000 per month is not that much when you think about it in terms of your daily requirement like you have.

I do CPA marketing and that is exactly what I try and tell people who are stuggling. People will say, I have 3 hours a day and I want to make 1000 extra per month. Guess what, if you can convince one person to sign up for netflix per day (WHICH IS COMPLETELY FREE FOR THEM TO DO) then you have almost accomplished your goal already since the payout is in the 20s. Same with credit report offer and other legit rebills.

Selling one free 2 week trial to people per day is not that hard and very achievable for everybody. I think a lot of times people just want to jump in with the big boys and make 5k per day with PPC or MEDIA BUYING and then they lose their shirt.

I honestly believe with a little bit of work, anybody can do 30 bucks per day in a very short amount of time.

The next step is rinsing and repeating once you find something that works.

You're right and most people don't have a plan or fail to break it down into small numbers. If you think about it, it's easy. It's just a matter of taking massive action.

Great post, Shane. It's a matter of breaking things down into simple, concrete and achievable steps. Instead of looking at the $1,000/month figure, look at how much you need to earn per week, and per day. Then break it down into the tasks that you need to accomplish daily to achieve this. If you can, break it down even further into what you need to accomplish on an hourly basis to achieve your income goals. When you see small, discrete steps like this, suddenly the task doesn't seem so daunting and intimidating anymore.

Clickbank products tend to have MUCH HIGHER commissions than promoting products from Amazon.com (depending on which product of course).

There are tons of hot niches right now such as weight loss, health, fitness, climate change, business to business, music, foreclosures, etc.

If you promote a product with a small commission ($2 - $5) you will need to make MANY more sales every month than if you promote a product that nets you $20 - $30+

There are plenty of threads and pearls of wisdom that contain inspiring and motivational advice that is enough to give some people the "kick in the butt" that they need to take action and stay focused!

Absolutely correct. However, once you have your system in place... You would need to make at least one sale a day (or more) to make money, right? Unless of course you were making money from Adsense revenue or something similar. Even then you would need to make these "calculations" in order to know what is achievable and what isn't.

A lot of people tend to think that $1,000/Month is an impossible figure to reach "online" unless you are doing A LOT of work or scamming people -- And that could not be further from the truth.

When you set up a business, you need to make "calculations" and when you break it down into easy, do-able ideas like this... You give people inspiration to realize that making $1,000 a month online is not that hard at all.

Shane Natan, you're right with your calculation. But it is correct if we have in mind that we are selling a product that originally costs 100$. A bit harder is to earn 1000$/month if you sell a product that costs let's say 30$.

The other thing I'd add to that for beginners is that it's as easy to sell a higher-priced product than it is to sell a lower priced one.

I've talked to a lot of people that think they can't sell a $200+ product, but they CAN sell a $10 product. I don't get that.. Just WORK. Drive the traffic and check your conversion rates; it's just as easy. It's almost like they're afraid of the big numbers..

As for the systems v. calculations: you need both. First you need to find out how many people need to see your offer before one buys, on average.

That way, you know that to make 1 sale per day minimum, you need X people to see your offer.

Then it's all about DOING it.

Even if you sell a product that is $30 or less (as an affiliate) -- Many times affiliate commissions are 75% which on a $30 product would still be $22.50. Sell one a day and that is still $697.50/Month.

If the $30 product is YOURS.. Then one sale a day would be $930/Month and so on.

Some quick math that should help.

365 days per year X 24 hours in a day DIVIDED by 12 months = 730 hours per month.

$1000 DIVIDED by 730 hours = $1.37 per hour. Of course that's based on a 24 hour day, but being online makes that possible.

CHALLENGE QUESTION: What are you going to do to get up to at least $1.37 per hour before the end of the day?

I totally aggree, that's why I said that the Affiliate world is great =) You can earn pretty big money with something that you already do everyday.

I think that you earn 500$/month (which is really not so hard) that this is a very welcome income in your month for some of the luxus that you couldn't afford with just your regular salary.

And when you go a step forward, you can easly increase that income for 2x or 3x.

$1000 is very easy, simply with bum marketing it can be done. Sadly, $1000 is not that much money anymore.

Or, if you're not into affiliate marketing, consider this:

Say you create your own product. You decide you'll sell that product for $27...a reasonable amount for just about anyone.

If you want to get to $1000 a month, take 1000 divided by 27, and you find that you need to sell 37 of those $27 products each month.

That's not even T-E-N a week.

Can you do that? HELL YES YOU CAN!

ETA: and then what if you had four products? TEN products! The sky's truly the limit.

$1,000 a month is very achievable in a short space of time.

Once you learn how to make $10 per day you can scale up your efforts and turn that $10 per day into whatever figure you desire. With the correct work ethic and outsourcing high numbers are achievable.

Take it slowly and build it - no one should expect overnight success.

Word of advice to Newbies - Try as much as possible to avoid information overload. There are many areas within Internet Marketing that can earn you a good living. However, it is very easy to fall into the trap of moving from project to project, resulting to a failure in every project you start.

Stick to 1 method - learn it - apply it - scale it - reach your income goals.

If you find a product with good conversion rates
(there are plenty @ clickbank) and focus on promoting it,
then you can easily make a sale or 2 every day.

Actually, if you consider the fact that most people sleep about 8 hours per night on average... So that leaves 112 hours per week that you could be working, etc.

$1,000/Month would be $2.23/Hour if you worked EVERY waking hour.

If people put 4 hours a day into their internet marketing work (which would be 124 hours a month with a 31 day month)... Then $1,000/Month would come out to a much nicer looking $8.06/Hour.

Still not enough for many, but it's not bad as a supplemental income for beginners!

The problem is that most people who try to make a living online don't want to understand this fact and go about it like a hobby and that's why they don't have a clear vision of their status.
As you have illustrated in your examples, if you break it down to numbers, there is just no chance you can fail IF YOU DO SOMETHING.
The maths help you get going taking action because a clear overview/vision is a huge motivator.

Depending on how NEW the "newbie" is of course. Many newbies understand how the system works as far as having a website, squeeze page, landing page, etc. and the methods to promote it as well such as article marketing, etc, etc.

So what it takes is making realistic goals and calculations... And as others have stated in this thread: TAKING ACTION. Especially on the things that you know already work!
