I am planning to outsource a lot of mundane task to the Philippines.

I am a full time internet marketer... and I am looking to delegate anything that can be delegated.

What else do you outsource besides possibly article writing, building backlink, etc?

Then you can pretty much outsource everything you're doing now -- except thinking up new profitable ideas. Instead of a full time IMer, you can become the "idea man" and "project manager." You think up ideas, you figure out how to implement these ideas... and then outsource the implementation details to your team.

    This includes anything and everything:

    Market research.

    Product research.

Product creation (text, audio, video or software).

Web design, blog design and graphics. Also site maintenance.

Newletter management (creating autoresponder series as well as creating and sending live messages).

Content creation and distribution (from creating and submitting articles to directories to creating/submitting press releases to creating and submitting content on forums and social media sites).

Creating sales materials (sales letters, autoresponder messages, PPC ads, classified ads, etc).

Creating sales funnels (from creating the products in your funnel to creating the sales materials).

A good chunk of your marketing (hire an affiliate manager, get a JV broker, hire people who can do SEO campaigns, hire folks for PPC campaigns, hire folks for offline campaigns -- including free publicity to get you on the radio, TV, etc, hire folks for social media campaigns, hire folks for content marketing campaigns, hire paid posters for forum marketing, etc).

    Accounting and bookkeeping.

Customer service (inquiries, refunds, tech help, etc).

And so on -- the list is even longer than that.

But the point is, if you want to delegate pretty much everything that can be delegated, then you can basically delegate everything except idea generation. That and you probably want to manage and oversee your projects yourself just to make sure things get done the way you want. But you can even find a good project manager to take care of that.

    cheers,
    Becky

Your plan may be all very well and good, but just be sure that you know the quality and standards of the ppel you are outsourcing. If they were all that good at IM they would be in it themselves and not working for low wages. (just a caution)

Best of luck though, if you implement this right you will save time and money

That is why you outsource different parts to different people then you put it together... or if you outsource a project manager to put it together for you, that one will cost some jack!

As with anything we try outsourcing will take some time to become accustom to, keep notes on the people you hire and keep the ones that produce, get rid of the ones that do not. I believe that John Jonas has a tutorial or membership that has to do with hiring workers from the Phillipines and Rachel Rofe has a service that offer VA's for a monthly fee that is very affordable.

No need to restrict outsourcing to the mundane tasks. You can get highly qualified people for any task in your business there.

I think there are pros and cons to anything.

    Pros: Massive time saving
Cons: If they were any good then why are they not doing it themselves?

Has anyone actually had direct experience and can share their outsourcing tales with us?
