If you offer a free 1 week trial. How do you keep folks from re-signing up for another free trial. They could just use another name and different email address. We are new at this and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It will never be perfect. However Free trial offers usually require a CC sumbit.

Filter info with additional fields on the lead sumbit you are taking

if its free plus shipping you should filter for duplicate credit cards.

    hope this helps.

use credit card.. and stipulate that unless they cancel at the end of week.. they automatically sign up for recurring charges.. that is how Netflix works I think

if it is drip feed like weekly program that they get emailed to them. Then it wouldn't matter how many times they resigned up because they would keep getting the first weeks content over and over again.
